May is Food Allergy Awareness Month in Canada and we are encouraging Canadians to participate in our “Know it. Treat it.” campaign. This campaign is about demystifying anaphylaxis and giving everyone the confidence to “Know” the signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis and how to “Treat” it.
Hear real stories from people across the country as they share their experiences with anaphylaxis. Their voices help educate, inspire, and remind us that despite best efforts, reactions can happen. When they do, it’s important to recognize the symptoms of anaphylaxis and know how to treat it with epinephrine, the only treatment for anaphylaxis.
Our goal is simple — to empower every Canadians to “Know it. Treat it.” with confidence.
